Jeffrey is a seasoned businessman whose vision has seen JeffM Auctions growing from strength to strength. He has more than 20 years commercial working experience. Auctioneer by profession. Mr. Mubaiwa holds a Diploma in Sales and Marketing.

Charity is a holder of a Diploma in Business Administration. She has been a reliable partner in the development of the business empire since joining the family business under car hire which has grown in leaps and bounds to own car sales, butcheries, farms and lodges.

As the first employee of JeffM Auctions, Tinotenda has literally served in every department through the journey from start-up to full business whilst also studying towards her Masters Degree. She was instrumental in the creation of structures and systems that the business use today.
